Return & Refund Policy

Because our services are based on laboratory testing of physical materials sent to us by customers, we do not accept returns or order cancellations once testing has started.

Once samples have been received and processing has begun, your order is considered final. This is because the testing process consumes time, resources, and may alter or destroy the sample.

If you ordered a service by mistake or selected the wrong test, please contact us immediately at info@innologic.be. If testing has not yet started, we may be able to adjust your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe an error has occurred in your order, or you received the wrong test report, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your results. We will review the issue and correct it if necessary.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Please note: the 14-day EU "cooling-off" period does not apply to services that begin immediately after ordering and where the customer has agreed to waive this right (as required by law for custom service-based work).
